Welcome to Ampier Holistic Therapies. By booking or participating in any session, program, package, or service offered by Jannette Ampier, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

The services provided by Ampier Holistic Therapies are intended to support your personal growth, emotional well-being, spiritual development, and mindset transformation.
Services may include, but are not limited to:

Meditation & Emotional Clearing
These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatry, or medical treatment.
Jannette Ampier does not diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or cure any medical, psychological, or mental health condition.
These services are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychological treatment, or professional mental health services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, please seek immediate assistance from a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services.
Coaching and energy healing recognize each client as capable, resourceful, and responsible for their own choices, decisions, and outcomes. The purpose of these sessions is to help you increase awareness, release emotional blocks, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and support your personal and spiritual growth.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is extremely important.
All coaching, healing, and intuitive sessions are treated as strictly confidential.
Your personal information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party except where required by law.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Sessions will not begin until payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, previously purchased sessions will be honored at the price paid.
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
For virtual sessions:
Join from a quiet, private location.
Turn off distractions whenever possible.
Use a reliable internet connection.
Creating a calm environment allows you to receive the greatest benefit from your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected situations occur.
If you need to reschedule your appointment:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $35 cancellation fee before a new appointment can be scheduled.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible.
Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals do not extend the session beyond the scheduled end time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be considered a no-show.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice:
The session will be forfeited.
No refund will be issued.
Future appointments may require additional confirmation before booking.
Refund Policy
Because coaching and energy healing services reserve dedicated time exclusively for you:
All sales are final.
Individual sessions are non-refundable.
Packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Monthly memberships or subscriptions are non-refundable for services already billed.
Packages
Purchased session packages:
Must be used within 180 days of the purchase date.
Expired sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended unless otherwise approved in writing.
Memberships
If enrolled in a recurring membership:
Memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months unless otherwise stated.
After the initial commitment, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily participating in coaching and energy healing services.
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
You understand that results vary for each individual.
No guarantees or promises of specific outcomes have been made.
Your willingness to participate openly and consistently contributes significantly to your personal growth.
Scope of Services
Sessions may include:

Meditation
Visualization
Spiritual development practices
Goal clarification
Personal empowerment exercises
These services are educational, supportive, and transformational in nature.
Results Disclaimer
Every person's healing journey is unique.
While many clients report positive emotional, energetic, and personal transformation, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

I voluntarily choose to participate in services provided by Jannette Ampier through Ampier Holistic Therapies. I understand these services are intended to support personal growth and emotional well-being and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. I accept full responsibility for my participation, decisions, and outcomes, and I release Ampier Holistic Therapies and Jannette Ampier from liability arising from my voluntary participation.
